Q. Will my Quilt-Pro programs work on the new MAC OS?
A. Quilt-Pro 5 and Foundation Factory will work on Intel based Mac OS 10.5.8 and above. If you get a message that PPC programs are no longer supported, you will find updates here:

Q. I have activated Print and Sew but it’s still telling me I need to activate.
A. The most common reason for this problem is that you have purchased 2 or more editions of Print and Sew but have only activated one.
The way to tell which edition is activated is to click on the help Menu at the top of the screen (not the Help button at the bottom) And
Q. My computer crashed and I need to download my programs again. Can I or are they lost forever?
A. You bet you can download them again. The information we’ll need is:
The name, address, and email address used when you purchased the programs. If possible, please let us know which internet browser you use so we can tailor our download instructions just for you. The options are Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari.

Q.How do I create a backup of the programs I’ve purchased?
A. In Windows: Open the browser you used to download the installer.
Press the "ctrl" and the "J" keys on your keyboard to open the Browser’s download manager.
The file will be listed at the top or (near the top if you downloaded something else after)
Right click on the file and choose "Open Containing folder" or click the folder icon. It will open the folder where the file is located and the file should be highlighted.
This is the file to save on a flash drive. To create a backup using a Flash Drive, insert the flash drive into the USB port. Then select the download file and right click and
Open the Finder and select the Downloads folder.
Locate the file you want to backup.
Insert a Flash or Thumb drive into the appropriate port and wait until the drive appears on your desktop.
Drag and drop the file onto the Flash Drive.
