Downloading: Step by Step

1. To start downloading, click on the "download now" link for your product. You will be taken to the shopping cart.
2. Enter your customer information.
3. Enter your credit card information and submit your order. Quilt-Pro Systems will automatically verify your credit card number and authorize you to download.
4. You will receive a web page with a link and your serial number. Write down or copy the serial number as you will need it later.
5. Click on the link to download the product. Click on Save Button.
6. When the download is finished, Click on the Run or Open button. Quilt-Pro Systems will begin installing the product. Please type in the serial number where indicated.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Please Note:

1. You will receive an e-mail with a link to download and your serial number.
2. The link will be active for 5 days after you purchase the download.
3. Although you have the option to download at a later time, we suggest that you download your software immediately after purchasing it.

Questions About Downloading

Can I copy my downloaded software to a CD for a backup?

Yes, the license agreement allows you to make one personal backup copy on a CD. Don't forget to write the serial number on the CD in case you lose the e-mail.

The file that you download to your hard drive is an installation file, For example: "50FabStarSetup.exe". This is the file that you should copy to your CD. On most computers, you will download files to "My Documents".

What happens if my computer crashes: Can I download again?

Quilt-Pro Systems maintains customer records of all downloads. Please contact us at 1-800-884-1511 or customerservice@quiltpro.com and we will assist you to re-download your software.

How long do I have to download my software?

You will have approx. 5 days to download your software from the time you purchase it. The download link will expire after 5 days. If you cannot download within the 5 days, please contact us at 1-800-884-1511 or customerservice@quiltpro.com and we will assist you to re-download your software.

How long will it take to download my software?

If all depends on the size of the program and your download speed. For each product, you will find approx. download times listed on the product page.
