Q. How do I activate Print and Sew?

A. Is your computer connected to the internet?  If so, simply click on Internet activation, then add your name, email address and serial number and click "activate now". 

Now, if you don't have access to the internet on that computer, the only way to activate is a manual permanent activation.  Here is how: Choose Manual activation.  Enter your name, email address and serial number.  Write down and send us both the Registration number from the screen and the serial number.  In return, we will send you the Activation number to enter into the Manual Activation box. Q. I have activated Print and Sew but it's still telling me I need to activate.

The most common reason for this problem is that you have purchased 2 or more editions of Print and Sew but have only activated one.  The way to tell which edition is activated is to click on the Help menu at the top of the screen (not the Help button at the bottom) And choose About Print and Sew.  There you will find a list of the activated programs.  If one is missing, select a pattern in the missing group and click Print.  When you click print, you will be prompted to activate that edition.



Q. How do I find the Print and Sew version number ? 

Here is how to tell:  Look at the Help menu at the top of the screen (not the Help button) and click on "About Print and Sew"



Q. I installed both the Half Square and Quarter Square triangles but the half Square isn't showing up. What happened?

The easiest way to correct this problem is to close the Print and Sew program and reinstall the Quarter Square program. Then restart
your computer again.


Q. How do I print the Quilt Ideas?

To print the Quilt Ideas:
Open the instruction page. 
Right click on the white area of the page.
Choose Print from the menu that appears.
